I have been going to AFDO in Shorewood for several years. I had always "avoided" the dentist due to the anxiety it would cause me. I have had Sue as my hygienist for several years now and have no anxiety. Sue is very informative about proper dental hygiene and gives tips as to various products to use as well as techniques to improve dental hygiene. Sue engages in conversation and makes you feel comfortable as a patient. I was there this morning and appreciated the fact that she came into the waiting room to inform me that she was running a little behind and would be with me shortly (which she was). I appreciate the fact that I was informed instead of sitting there waiting and wondering if I had been forgotten (I did experience that at another dental office). When you choose AFDO in Shorewood I would highly recommend Sue as well as Dr. Sharma. Dr. Sharma shares the same relaxing qualities as Sue. He explains everything he is doing and makes sure you are comfortable.

This Dentist Office (Shorewood) is the best!!! I've seen a few of the Dentists here but I must say that Sue is the best dentist I have ever seen! She genuinely cares about her patients & takes pride in her work!! Great people, Great place!!! This place will make a dreaded dentist appointment the most comfortable for you as possible!!! Thanks AFDO!!!

great staff, great facility. i’ve been going here since i was 14, and continue to do so as an adult. it’s even better now that the parking lot is done, finally!

My family and I have been going to AFD for a few years now. We are extremely pleased with their services. All procedures are explained ahead of time including your out of pocket cost after insurance. All of the office staff dental hygienist and doctors are very friendly and professional. They provided us with the best price when we had to get braces for our youngest child.

Staff are amazing! Dr. Hong was able to perform a root canal with little to no pain, and Dental Hygienist Sue F. did a deep clean with virtually no pain. Sue worked during her lunch hour to work around my schedule. I really appreciate her efforts! These guys are rock stars and keepers!

Very helpful getting insurance approval prior to appointment. Hygienist are always teaching different ways to better understand and take care of yourself. Such a great place!

Everyone is so cordial. The atmosphere is calming with music. The receptionist is knowledgeable about what your insurance will or will not pay; and Dr.Hong is the best! He is very thorough and is approachable.

Dr. Hong was amazing and so was his staff. They were very helpful and friendly felt like I knew them for years :). Dr. Hong was pain free I am a dental coward and I highly recommend him and staff

I had an emergency when my temporary crown came off. Advanced dental took good care of me, fitting and replacing my crown. I've been going here for a year now.

I used to hate going to the dentist- up until I made the switch. The staff is amazing including the receptionist (she’s so sweet!) Sue cleaned my teeth and she was an absolute delight. Hands down most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a dentist appointment

I have never liked going to the dentist and have never recommended a dentist to anyone. Having said that, I don’t mind going to the dentist now and I recommend Advanced Family Dental to everyone that asks. The people that work there are not pushy and still get done what needs to get done. They don’t try to rush you into anything and give you all your options, for you to decide based on all factors, not just money. Thanks Advanced Family Dental

I went to advanced dental for root canals was treated by DR.Sharma he made it a very comfortable experience and the pride he took in the work he was doing . I am so great full that i picked him, Highly recommend
